Cold Forge accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard for non account and/or cash sale orders.
When making a payment please have any of the following documents to enter as the payment reference:
Cold Forge Sales Quotation Number
Cold Forge Sales Confirmation Number
From receipt of payment delivery lead time is 1-7 days depending on your location.
Goods will be despatched on the same day as receipt of payment subject to the following cut-off times:
Parcels: 3:00 PM (DHL Express)
Pallets: 12:00 Noon (Toll Express)
Payments received after the above cut-off times will be despatched on the next business day.
A Tax Invoice will be issued to you via email on receipt of your payment with delivery tracking details.
